- You do not have to make a payment to use this portal. If you register
with a username and password, you can choose to sign up for eBills which
will make future water/sewer bills come to your email instead of
postcard mailings. This is a great way to get your bill faster and save trees! Registering will provide some cool account history, too.
- Payments you make here are not guaranteed to post immediately. It can take at least 3 business days for us to receive the funds. The conveniences ePay offers are being able to pay anytime, anywhere, use a credit/debit card, and save more paper!
- ***Autopay option is coming soon!***
- If you use the Quickpay option, you will not receive eBills and will still receive postcards in the mail at billing time. There will be no account history provided with this option.
- You will need all 12 digits of your customer number (zeros before your number and letters do count as digits for those with letters) when registering for the first time or each time you use Quickpay.
- If it asks for verification using social security number or phone number, please choose the primary phone number you have provided us for your account. It is matching our records. If it does not match, please call our office and update your contact information. We do NOT want your social security number.
*Pay by Phone is available now!* There is a special phone number for pay by phone: 814-473-5467. This is NOT the phone number for the office. This is an automated service where you can pay using your credit or debit card.
*Emergency Alerts are also sent using the above automated pay by phone line (814-473-5467), so the above phone number is what should show up on your caller ID when we have an alert for you. You will NOT be able to get the alert by calling the above number back. It will only try to guide you through paying by phone. Please check our website if you need to see the alert you missed. We will have it posted there as well at https://rimersburgborough.com/.
